Hi, I’m Erin.
In my first role out of college, I worked for the Las Vegas Sun, where I covered local government for Henderson and North Las Vegas, two of the region’s large suburbs. Since then, I’ve been passionate about public service and the importance of effective management, communications, and external affairs to improve communities across the United States.
I’ve served as Director of External Affairs for the NYC Mayor’s Office of Operations, a Senior Policy Advisor for Strategic Initiatives at NYPD, and as the founding Program Director of the UChicago Policing Leadership Academy, a study and program dedicated to improving American policing and reducing gun violence. I specialize in criminal and social justice policy, with a focus on community-driven strategies that advance the public good.
I firmly believe you can make the world a better place and enjoy the process. The further in my career I get, the more I want to work on interesting projects with cool people. This consulting firm is my attempt to put that value into practice.
